  • Office Hours are from Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm EST.
  • Phone lines are open 24/7 for day or evening service and for current reservations.
  • If you have an urgent matter requiring resolution, please email us at [email protected] or telephone us at 786-769-2233 during business hours. 
  • We accept reservations primarily via our online booking portal. For the most expedited processing, please book through our online reservation portal.
  • Alternatively, reservations can also be made via phone, email. Reservations made over the phone for assistance utilizing a card due to online reservation difficulties will require e-mail correspondence and form authorization. You will still receive confirmation and an invoice for phone reservations.
  • All Reservations must be made at least 24 Hours prior to requested time of booking. Reservations are the only way to guarantee availability.
  • You can make your reservation as far in advance as you would like but we do need minimum 24 Hours to reserve your request.
  • All reservations, once completed alongside applicable charge authorization form(s), will be automatically confirmed via confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail will contain your order confirmation number you may use to reference your order at any time. 
  • Online reservations can be made with any Major Credit or Debit Card. A credit card authorization form will be sent to you to complete at the time of reservation. An invoice will be sent to you via email.
  • Reservations with Zelle must be made by phone during business hours. Zelle payments can be sent to 786-769-2233
  • Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation with a minimum notice of 24 Hours prior to reservation time.
  • Same day, 24 Hours or less, reservations require the full payment amount and are final.
  • All online reservations must be made with Major Credit or Debit Card.
  • For Zelle payment reservations must be made by phone. Reservations by phone will only accept Zelle. If you wish to pay with Card you must process online unless you need assistance. 
  • On-Call Availabilities for transfer and hourly services only may be payed via Zelle to 786-769-2233. Payment will be required at the first pick-up location. 

  • Cancellations are only accepted by phone. We will also require your email correspondence to accompany your cancellation request following this phone call. Upon cancellation we will provide a cancellation confirmation e-mail.
  • All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations during the cancellation period [which is 24 Hours prior to your reservation time] will be charged in full.
  • Transfers and Hourly reservations have up to 24 Hours prior to reservation time to cancel without any additional cancellation fees. 
  • Special Event reservations have 30 Calendar days prior to reservation time to cancel without any additional cancellation fees. 
  • Same day reservations (within the 24 Hour reservation period) require the full payment amount, are final and subject to an additional cancellation fee if canceled.
  • E-mail confirmation of cancellation will be sent upon cancellation and must be retained by you (the client) as proof of cancellation. If the cancellation confirmation is not received by email, it is your (the client’s) obligation to call us to ensure the cancellation is confirmed.

  • Services booked for an 8 hour minimum or more receive a 20% discount on entirety of the ride.

 

We service long-distance transportation to Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Naples, and Key West upon request. 

  • Long-distance transportation does require reservation. 
  • You can make a same-day reservation if availability permits, however, the full payment will be necessary to make your reservation.
  • Transfers services are always available.
  • Exceptions are in instances of Special Events and high demand dates and/or times.
  • Our transfers are direct, one-way pick up and drop-off, at a predetermined time. Any extra stops or additional hours are not calculated in the original pricing and will be added to your invoice. It is best to solidify all details at the time of reservation so that we may best service your needs.
  • Please note that in the majority of instances, minimum hourly rental terms will apply.
  • During special events you will have the access to your chauffeur guaranteed to you for your the entirety of your service. You can feel at ease to leave any personal belongings in the vehicle if you so wish to.
  • Additionally beneficial, should you need to make any stops your chauffeur is readily at your disposal. 
  • The vehicle will be assessed upon completion of your ride. Should our drivers deem excessive uncleanliness (such as: tarnishing, inadvertent liquid dispersion, or emesis) upon disembarkation that will require attention, a minimal fee of $250.00 will be charged.
  • Smoking in the vehicle will result in an automatic fee of $800.00.
