Effective as of October 20th, 2023 our policies are as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted by phone. We will also require your email correspondence to accompany your cancellation request following this phone call. Upon cancellation we will provide a cancellation confirmation e-mail.

All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations during the cancellation period [which is 24 Hours prior to your reservation time] will be charged in full.

Transfers and Hourly reservations have up to 24 Hours prior to reservation time to cancel without any additional cancellation fees. 

Special Event reservations have 30 Calendar days prior to reservation time to cancel without any additional cancellation fees. 

Same day reservations (within the 24 Hour reservation period) require the full payment amount, are final and subject to an additional cancellation fee if canceled.

E-mail confirmation of cancellation will be sent upon cancellation and must be retained by you (the client) as proof of cancellation. If the cancellation confirmation is not received by email, it is your (the client’s) obligation to call us to ensure the cancellation is confirmed.

Please note: Haft International Limousine Services cannot be held responsible for delays regarding inclement weather conditions including but not limited to thunderstorms, hurricanes, tornadoes, tropical storms, and flooding. Nor unanticipated traffic conditions resulting from major accident related road shutdowns.

Airport Transfer cancellations be made no less than 12 hours prior to the arranged pick-up time. If you have booked a round-trip service, please cancel each segment of the journey separately.

In the event you cannot find our limousine for your Airport Transfer, please call us prior to arranging alternative transportation. Failure to contact our office prior to arranging alternative transportation may result in loss of the full reservation amount.

 

Reservation Amendments Policy

Haft International Limousine Services requires that all changes to your reservation be received by phone at least 6 hours prior to pick-up and are subject to availability. We will do our best to accomadate your request, however, if a change cannot be accommodated resulting in cancellation you will still be charged in full.

 

Non-Smoking Policy

To ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for everyone, smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping, is strictly prohibited in our company’s limousine.

In accordance with our commitment to client well-being and legal mandates, The Florida Clean Indoor Air Act (FCIAA), prohibits smoking in all enclosed indoor workplaces at all times.

Failure to comply with the non-smoking policy will result in an automatic cleaning fee of $800.00.

 

Additional Charges

Booking a Reservation between 12:00AM – 4:30AM EST. 

Booking Request for an Airport Transfer for an arrival time after midnight (12:00AM EST).
