The safety of every passenger is Haft International’s highest priority. We are committed to providing safe, reliable transportation for families traveling with infants and young children while complying with applicable Florida child passenger safety laws.
Parents and legal guardians are ultimately responsible for ensuring that each child is properly secured in an appropriate child restraint system for the child’s age, height, and weight.

Child safety seats are available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. Complimentary child safety seat installation is included with every reserved child restraint. 
To ensure availability, car seat requests should be made at the time of booking. Last-minute requests may not always be accommodated.
Please specify the type and quantity of child restraint(s) needed when making your reservation.

Guests are welcome to provide their own child safety seats.
Our chauffeurs will gladly assist with installation whenever reasonably possible; however, parents or legal guardians are responsible for verifying that the child restraint is correctly installed and that the child is properly secured before travel begins.

Haft International chauffeurs exercise reasonable care when installing child safety seats provided by either Haft International or the guest.
The parent or legal guardian remains responsible for confirming that the child restraint is appropriate for the child and properly secured prior to departure.
If a child safety seat cannot be safely installed in the assigned vehicle, Haft International reserves the right to delay or decline transportation until an appropriate solution can be arranged.

Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local child passenger safety laws.
Haft International reserves the right to refuse transportation if transporting a child would violate applicable safety laws or create an unsafe condition for any passenger.

Haft International thoroughly inspects and cleans child safety equipment on a regular basis.
If a child safety seat becomes excessively soiled or damaged during service due to spills, bodily fluids, misuse, or negligence beyond ordinary wear and tear, reasonable cleaning or replacement charges may apply.

Haft International provides child safety seats as a convenience for our guests.
While our chauffeurs exercise reasonable care in handling and installing child restraints, Haft International cannot guarantee the suitability of any child restraint for every child or circumstance.
Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for ensuring that each child is properly secured before the vehicle departs.

If your child requires specialized seating, medical restraints, or other accommodations, please notify Haft International at the time of booking.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate special requests whenever operationally feasible.
