For the safety and comfort of all guests, each vehicle has a maximum passenger capacity that cannot be exceeded.
Passenger limits are based on manufacturer safety standards and applicable regulations. Haft International cannot transport additional passengers beyond the approved seating capacity of the reserved vehicle.
If your party size changes prior to your reservation, please notify Haft International as soon as possible so we can make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs.Smoking or the use of any tobacco products, marijuana, electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes), vaping devices, cigars, pipes, or any other smoking or vapor products is prohibited at all times inside any Haft International vehicle.

Each vehicle also has a recommended luggage capacity based on its available cargo space.
When making a reservation, guests are encouraged to provide the number of passengers, the quantity of luggage, and any oversized items to ensure the selected vehicle can comfortably accommodate everyone.

Car seats, booster seats, strollers, and other child-related equipment should be included when providing your luggage count during booking.
This helps ensure adequate passenger and cargo space.

If the amount of luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle, Haft International may recommend upgrading to a larger vehicle or arranging an additional vehicle.
Additional charges may apply.
For safety reasons, luggage may not be stored in passenger seating areas where it could obstruct visibility, block exits, or interfere with seatbelt use.

If inaccurate passenger or luggage information is provided at the time of booking, Haft International reserves the right to substitute a more appropriate vehicle, when available.
If a larger vehicle is required, any applicable price difference or additional service charges will be the responsibility of the guest.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all personal belongings have been removed from the vehicle before exiting.
While chauffeurs will gladly assist with loading and unloading luggage whenever reasonably possible, Haft International is not responsible for items left behind after the completion of the reservation.
