Haft International encourages all guests to carefully check the vehicle for personal belongings before exiting.
While our chauffeurs make every reasonable effort to inspect the vehicle after each trip, guests are ultimately responsible for ensuring that all personal items have been removed at the conclusion of their reservation.

If you believe an item has been left in one of our vehicles, please contact Haft International as soon as possible.
When reporting a lost item, please provide:
●Your name
●Reservation date
●Pickup and destination locations
●Description of the item
●Best contact information
Prompt reporting greatly increases the likelihood of recovering lost property.

If a lost item is located, Haft International will make reasonable efforts to notify the owner and arrange for its return.
Guests may retrieve items by appointment, request shipment at their expense, or arrange another mutually agreed-upon method of return.
Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the guest.

Items not claimed within 30 days may be discarded, donated, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and company procedures.
Perishable items may be discarded immediately.

Guests are encouraged to keep valuable items with them at all times.
This includes, but is not limited to:
●Mobile phones
●Laptops and tablets
●Wallets and purses
●Jewelry
●Passports
●Identification
●Cash
●Prescription medications

While Haft International will make every reasonable effort to assist in locating and returning lost property, we are not responsible for personal belongings left behind in our vehicles.
Haft International assumes no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property before, during, or after transportation services.

Our chauffeurs are committed to providing exceptional service and will gladly assist guests in checking the vehicle before departure whenever reasonably possible.
We encourage guests to take a final look throughout the passenger compartment before exiting to help ensure that no personal belongings are left behind.
